 Gender  Disparity  is  the    gap    in    the    representation    of    man    and    women    in    various    occupations,    fields    of    study,    and    so    on.  It    is    a    global    issue,    and    exits    in    all    part    of    world.    In    my    view,    gender    disparity    is    a    grav
e    problem    that    needs    to    be    addressed    as    soon    as    possible.

To    begin    with,    gender    inequality    has    a    negative    impact    on    gender    equality.    If    man    and    women    do    not    have    the    same    opportunities    in    the    workplace,    it    undermine    the    equality    of    sexes.    Women    will    not    compete    with    men    on    an    equal    footing    if    they    are    receiving    fewer    opportunities    than    men    for    the    same    jobs    and    positions..
